I did weigh about a dozen of them as I had the same thoughts. They're all right in the within a couple tenths so they're 115's.
I'm pretty sure they're 2nds as well and it was one of my original thoughts. It's all good if they are, they just weren't marketed as such and when I buy 2nds from...
Long and short I bought some 115gr. Ballistic Tips off of a gentleman on Gunbroker. I just received them today and while they are .257 caliber bullets, they came in a loose pack with no markings and have grey, not blue tips. The ogive measurements on them are averaging . 018"...
This is just an echo of what others have said but plenty of jump seems to be a good thing for the Accubond. My .375 H&H jumps a full .26" and shoots under an inch if I do my part. '06 is right at .163" for best accuracy.

Was finally able to blood my .375 H&H last weekend and even better yet it was with a load I had worked up last winter with the help of some of you.
260gr. Accubond over 73.8 grains of RL15. Right about 2750fps if memory serves.
2nd weekend and 2nd evening of it in a new close to home spot I...
Ridiculously good shooting and load. That is a screamer throwing a pill that size at that speed.
Quick question. Have you ever had any expansion issues with the TSX? I ask because I worked up a load awhile back for a friend in his 300WSM with some 180's and just the other day dug some out of...
Oh she's definitely fast enough with this load Guy. I just have plenty of time at the moment to tinker with her. I also have a 5lb jug of each 17/19 that I'm not using for anything else at the moment so figured I'd see what they give me. I'll definitely revert back to this load if they don't...
Ended up shooting fine even with the jump. Under an inch with 2 touching at 100 so that'll do for me. Think I'm gonna keep this one in my back pocket and play around with some reloader to see if I can get some more speed out of it though. If I can get another 150-200fps out of it it'll carry a...
Yeah I was kind of bummed the magazine didn't allow me to run them longer. It's an older Remington 660 and per usual has a long throat on it. Going to head to the range today hopefully if my buddy ever gets out of bed...and we'll see what comes of this load. Unless it's lights out shooting wise...
That's a pretty dang accurate workup on the 4350.
I settled at 43.2gr. as that was my fastest node right at an avg. of about 3020.
I had pushed it as far as 45 gr. and that's where I started to show pressure signs, just a slight extractor mark.
Impressed with the accuracy of the program...
Hey Guys,
Was hoping someone could run some numbers for me please. I'm over book and not showing pressure signs but want to see what the numbers might be.
6mm Remington
95gr Ballistic Tip
Hornady Brass
Federal GM210M Primers
2.830" OAL
I'm using IMR4350 at the moment but can sort through...
I would think either of those would be great choices. Maybe start with the partition just for some more oomph on the moose and see how it shoots. Really doubt they'd notice the 15 grain and 100 fps difference though....

Do you have an OAL gauge to verify your distance off the lands?
Where did you start working up from and what were your speeds at lower charge weights? If you have a good node a grain or so back without appreciable loss of speed, 100fps or less, that may be a good idea.
Also, I don't have...
50 rounds of zombie brown bear loads ready to go. Well 47 I guess due to the requisite group of 3 to verify.
375 H&H
260gr. Accubond
Can't wait to hopefully get one or two wet in the next few weeks up here. Shooting just under 1" groups with them at 100 if I do my part.

25cal. 115's are $22 per 50 here in AK.....
Still waiting for the pro shop to get some in stock to save some $'s.
They are expensive but I like them and they shoot straight as all get out out of my 257 Roberts. Actually dusted a snowshoe hare this morning with it off hand at 70 yards. Little...
I have not shot them long yet no, just at my 100 yard range in the yard. I'm out of the sleeker ones now anyways so is what it is. Next time the pro shop has them in stock I'm just going to buy 500 probably since I'm pretty sure when they get them in they're from the same batch so will hopefully...
It's strange. Not sure how there's so much difference in their manufacturing. Luckily I just tested these rounds and nothing has changed. Didn't check speed but POI and grouping is the same. You're right in that it would be nice to have the option to buy larger quantities to ensure that they're...
