I have two Kimbers that I like to check for spring poundage? I may have swapped different poundage springs 15 odd years ago, and i havent been using the Kimbers at all. It's been in the case ever since and I want to determine what poundage the springs are? How do I verify this?

I use Kroil on rags to wipe carbon off the cases before annealing / sizing. My hands would stink of Kroil after washing my hands as well. I could try to wear a pair of gloves next time when using it.

I love the 168 BT for my .308, but was not able to find any for years. I currently have the 165 BT as a replacement. The 168 shoots a little tighter than the 165's. Good job on the woodchucks.

Have you a borescope to check the bore? I would like to check the bore and see the condition it is in after cleaning. It's strange that velocity dropped 200 fps after cleaning. Has it been shooting same groups as before prior to cleaning?
