Bought this from Amazon
Added a chamber/bore guide to have it blow right into chamber area
Subsequentially, have painted it red to serve as a chamber flag
Moves a lot of air, is rechargeable and easily last a range session. Cools chamber, barrel and suppressor
One of the Nosler marketing guys shoots at the rifle club I belong to. Bought a rifle from him in the past. Chatted with him a few weeks ago at the range.
Sounds like I need to put a bug in his ear !!!!
With the 6mm Creedmoor seeing more and more popularity, time for Nosler to up their hunting bullet options.
100 gr Partition - probably the best choice currently
How about a 105 to 108 gr ballistic tip? I don't mind some fragmentation.

The peep sight really helps me.
This was a 6 inch sticker dot at 100 yds with 3 shots. Then I knocked over 4 steel rams at 110 yds and feeling good.
Season opening Saturday. Snowing in the cascades so getting excited.
Been playing around with a 6 ARC for the past couple months. Started with a Ruger American with a 16 inch barrel and now have moved to a Howa Mini action with a 22 inch barrel.
Mostly shot ELD-X's with a few 90 gr AB here and there.
The short barrel Ruger was getting 2650 fps with the 103's...
I just installed a Lyman peep sight on my Great Plains rifle. Roughly sighted in using the iron sites. Will head to the range tomorrow to fine tune.
90grs Triple 7 FFFg with a PRB gives 1815 fps. And a small SD.

Season starts the week of Thanksgiving !!!!
Have an upcoming elk hunt and sorting through my existing rifle options.
Couple questions:
1. For 54 cal PRB is there a velocity to achieve or just best accuracy? Have a good charge with 90 grs FFF that gets me 1710 fps
2. I have a short barrel 50 cal that with 80gr FFF PA conicals, I got...
Got one of the Nosler suppressors a few months ago. Also got a SciTi suppressor at the same time.
Both similar in weight. I wanted light suppressors for hunting rifles.
Used a decibel reading app on my iPhone and shot both suppressors side by side. The SciTi has a single vent break on the...
JD - How right you are. My e-tips are a few years old. I looked at the F-tips (not typing error) that I bought at SPS last summer. They are 7mm 152 gr with a black tip and they have a relief band.
The SPS guy said the F-tips were for a major ammo manufacture.....wonder who that would...
Listening to the Hornady folks and reading the Barnes data, the relief rings on their mono bullets reduces barrel cooper fouling.
What has Nosler done with their E-tips that they don't need relief rings.?
Thanks
