that's the only downfall is that it won't work on straightwalls. the trimmer does have a learning curve on pressure both forward and side to keep it square.
Dead as in available ammo or commercial chambered firearms? Some people don't want to be short and fat;) and would rather be tall and lean. It's a great cartridge for an in between 308win and super magnums. 300wsm is going to be my (or 1 of my next) ar or switch barrel cartridges...
I really want a 6dash or 6br(bra/brx) for an ar15 to have a small frame to go with my ar10 243win . Now I need to decide on which 22cal for the larger frame to companion the 5.56
do you want a manbun or a big boy gun..............if you don't shoot it every month and/or 400-500 rounds per year, then 28n should last you a long time. i'm on a get another 28cal wagon to fill something bigger than the 7-08 and 7saum i have now. 7rm doesn't get me much more than the saum...
I haven't tried their data as I rarely to never have the same brass and/or primers. I mainly shot Sierra's from '84 to '14 when I only shot and reloaded for 3 cartridges (44mag, 264WM & 270win). Good to know about Hodgdon though!
In a 270win i reloaded for w 130gr Sierra sbt was imr4320 iirc. I would need to check notes tho.
Welcome from the Texas Panhandle area and sometimes known as West Texas.
It's all about variances in posted data whether it's bc, velocity, charge weight and oal. I realize it's their test and not sure if any are actually "live fired" like before ql started being used by some manufacturers.
