Definitely the heavier spring
I run 22 pound both in my Glock 20 and Glock 21 ( 45 Super).
It saves your lower frame from battering and slows down your slide for Full Power Loads .
The Stainless Steel Rod is a nice upgrade from Glock plastic rod.
The heavier Tungsten Rod just adds weight up...
For my G20 the Glock Store Heavy Tungsten 22 pound spring and 4.6” KKM barrel
10mm Auto
Berry 220gr FN FP with 8.6 of Longshot
Starline Brass with WLP
1200 FPS ( My Bear Defense Load for Alaska) in my G20 Gen 4
45 Super - I have pretty much settled on 9.0 of PP and LS as my carry load with 4.6” KKM and 22 pound spring.
250 Gr RNFP CAMPRO at 1100 fps for Bear Protection here in Alaska in G21.
Yes been running the GS Pure Tungsten on G20 with 22 pound spring and also on G21 (45 Super)
Adds some weight up front keeps muzzle rise down on recoil functions very smooth with KKM barrels.
I bounce between 225gr Nosler Part and 225gr Swift A frames in 338 Win. My 338 RUM always gets the A Frames 225gr with RL 22.
For heavy game that Swift A Frame is a great bonded bullet and great accuracy also.

I have not used the 200 ET in the 338 WIn Mag for hunting.
I have only used 225gr /230gr in 338 Win Mag in Alaska. Yes my Reloader 19 / 225 gr load is a velocity duplication of the Federal High Energy load with 225gr of yesteryear, it’s a stout load . But if you look on Speer and Alliant...
I carried a Glock 22 service weapon was very impressed with the reliability of the Glock . So when the Glock 20 was introduced it was a simple decision I had to have one in Alaska. I carried 190gr Sierra FPJ in the beginning with 800x at 700 FPE levels at 1289 FPS. Today I have a Gen 4 and some...
That’s a SW 629 load the great Super Redhawk at 24.0 of H110 with the 240 XTP is my 240gr load. Still half grain off max 24.5. Love the Redhawk in the Kenai Chest holster here in Alaska.
Glock 20 in Alaska
My Glock 20 along with my Ruger Redhawk 44 Mag in 4” has been my trail pistols for 25 years here in Alaska. As new aftermarket barrels have been introduced over the years I have slightly modified my G20 to handle heavy 200gr Hardcast reloads of 700 FPE range. So for the last...
Using the 338-06 in Alaska and Washington State hunting for several years. I have concluded the 210Gr Nosler Part along with the 225gr Hornady SP-RP the perfect bullets for the 338-06. Any bullet heavier and you have ballistic like a 220gr in 30-06 not good. Reloader 17 was especially good...
