It’s a very different state to live in that for sure. Been here since ‘97. Getting tougher to stay every year. Common sense is not that common anymore.

Christensen Mesa 300 win mag 180 partition rl 22 75.5 grains, 2984 avg in 24” tube. I usually just stick with h1000 as I have way more of that powder than the other. Really happy with accuracy. Standard coal. Hard to beat in my set up. Good luck with the moose.

Had a 338 win mag killed several elk with it along with some white tails and mule deer. Have 2 338 rums overkill for deer but absolutely hands down my favorite elk cartridge.
