    just loaded up some 103 ELDX's with 29.2 gr of lever, won't handle the book max charge of 29.5, shoot 1 resize it and its now a belted case. Thats using new starline cases, hornady handles it fine. L2R once fired starline, once fired starline and resized, 3x loaded hornady.
