My understanding is someone all has come out with a new Glock switch for the new V Models. I’m sure a full auto Glock would be the last thing one want if you were shooting beyond 5 feet. But I have Zero experience with one just guessing.

I had the same thing but cleaned up fine. I wax them now as it’s more durable in wet weather than oil.
