Today got around to shoot some of those in my S2 Vanguard. I’m using American Reloading MP-521 powder , sold as BL-C2 equivalent. This stuff has given me good ES in every cartridge I’ve tried it in. Overall I’m satisfied in the outcome on a small work up. 47grs 48grs

Today I received a holster Patrick made for my Taurus 44. With the red dot installed there wasn’t much out there. I can’t say thank you enough for his workmanship in getting what I wanted.

Questions for those who have use this. How clean does it burn? How is the ES? Accuracy? Muzzle flash? I have a project that I’m working on with my 458WM. I’ve use a lot of Blue Dot and 5744 both of which are hard to find. Any feedback will appreciated. Thanks , Rick

I recently picked up a MBM brake off of FB Marketplace. Installed it yesterday and today took it for a spin. Vast improvement over the old brake , pistol is very controllable now. Still shoots the 115gr BT load fine , just a shift in POI. Old Brake MBM Brake Todays target

Today ran a comparison between Fed 215 and CCI BR-2 primers in my boys 30-06 in a Rem 783. I decided to compare my Magnetospeed and Gramin. The Garmin did miss the Fed 215 at 59 grs. Second bullet I tested today was in the 340 Wby was a flop. Took 3 tries to catch the base. Ran out of jugs to test anymore bullets today. I started with a clean bore with these bullets HBN coated , no cold bore issues. Kinda cool seeing the center undisturbed.

Did a little jug testing today with the 30-30. Took 2 attempts on this one. I was a little worried that the 30-30 would be too slow for good expansion , no issues to report. I’m happy with this load. I was set up at 30yds.

After work I went and sat out in one of my new blinds. It was a chilly 80* 😁 and had 6 deer come in. I ‘m going to throw a plug in for the TIDEWE see thru ground blind and Bog’s Deathgrip tripod. Both of these are new to me this year and one outing I’m impressed.
