Ok I am giving up on the H4831 / AccuBond mix in my rifle. Best group I got was 1.75 inches with 58.5 Gr of powder. When I went to 59 Gr it opened out to 5 inch group. At the same time by using 150 Gr Norma Onyx and 4831 powder I got less than 0.75 group .... Hugh

I am getting sub MOA with 60 Grs of reloader 22 in my 270. Only problem is that the 60 Grs seems to fill the case to capacity. Is this ok? How come some tables I have read suggest in excess of 60 Grs with other powders. Are they heavier and consequently less bulky?
