I think this makes the most sense in my head given what I'm seeing and fighting. Maybe I'll see if I can find a die for the Wheeler reamer first and see if that fixes things. Or knock the action off and see if things are going into the chamber as much as they should be.

I've played with the Phone scope, Mag View, and the Ollin. The Ollin is my favorite of the 3. I'm really liking it as well.

It sounded like they repaired it. I called them and they told me that they got it fixed and that it should never fail again. I'm hoping to get the rest of my load development done this weekend so I can move on to another rifle that has been needing some final fine tuning.

Well, Silencer Co. received my Scythe yesterday before noon, and I just got a Fed Ex notification that it is on its way back home. Very Impressed to say the least!!!

Thanks Guy. It quickly turned into one of my favorite rifles. I shot it a lot and took it on a few hunts. It packed really nicely, was a joy to shoot, and I never felt under gunned.

My old PRC had the Unknown Munitions +P throat in it and was also a 22" barrel. I'm not expecting to get the same speed out of a normal 7 PRC. I was running the 180 VLD at 2940 and the 175 ABLR at 2960. I hunt anywhere from 700' to 8,000'.
