139gr Hornady Interbond

I used the 139 g IL in several 280s to take a lot of mulies and WT over the years. The bullet always worked well for me in my 280.

First post but I've been lurking for years. Absolutely love Nosler & Hornady bullets. A particular favorite of my hunting buddy and I is the 139gr Hornady Interbond in the 7mm-08. I loaded up some with Varget that shot well in his 20" barreled A-Bolt. Velocity was around 2715 fps. Shot into 1 gallon water jugs at 50 yards. Caught in the 4th jug IIRC (we did this test about a decade ago), but have shot a pile of deer out to 225+ yards with it. Always get exits & great blood trails. My buddy got a little artsy with the pics! I don't remember exact weight but it was over 90% weight retention.
I am curious on the diameter of that expanded bullet.

I used the 150 grain interbond in my .308 for several years until I couldn't get anymore. They shot fine and I got excellent results on game. I'd use them again if I could.

What has everyone replaced the Interbonds with?
I’m very happy with Accubonds, but have been looking at the interlocks from Hornady, as I can get 100 of them for less than what I can get for 50 Accubonds (and those are considered the “blems”).
It amazes me when companies stop making a product that many like, and that performed well.
I guess that wise old owl who is trying to see how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie roll tootsie pop was right, “the world may never know….”

I scoured the internet & now have plenty of 270 & 7mm Interbonds but can't find the 30 cal ones. I've been using Accubonds as their replacement. Ive also used Swift Sciroccos & Speer Impacts and have been happy so far with what little I've used them.
