150gr. BT for deer?

How does the 150gr. BT in a 308Win. behave on small sized deer?
MV 2800fps and ranges from 50-250yds

Been using them for years out of 30-06 and they have been great. Especially at the velocities you are talking. Much faster and they do tend to make big holes.

I love them for my .308. It's the best performing bullet for whitetail in a .308 imo.

I have taken over 50 deer with that bullet out of a 30-06. The only ones (2-3)that needed a finishing shot were the direct result of shooter error.
It's my "goto" bullet for whitetail.
