i tested many different powders today using nosler 95 gr ballistic tip bullets. i used h 414, h 380, reloder19, h 4831sc,and varget. all these powders seemed to do pretty well. i would say the varget was probally the best using 35.5 grains. all the other powders did very well. they all shot less then a one inch group at 100 yards. it's almost too hard to select the right powder for this load. has anyone else tested this caliber? i just want to know somebody's elses input on this caliber........

The guys working up the load data have it but it's up for approval right now. Keep checking the released internet reload data or call our customer service line for time to time. 1 (800) 285-3701
Thanks

I don't see any load data for the WSSM's at the shortmags or any other site, am I blind or just stupid. Can anybody direct me to a WSSM load data page?
Thanks

I've got some loads for a 16" custom Savge Striker that i'll be testing soon. I'll report my findings as soon as i obtain some data.

In response to Steve4102, you are not blind. The Shortmags forum no longer allows any discussion or data for the WSSM cartridges or rifles.

They will still discuss WSM or RUM cartridges, but they had so much negative feedback about the WSSM stuff they took it off their forum.

Go back the forum and read the Frequently Asked Questions. They have a rather interesting discussion about why they took this move.

For load data I would suggest looking at the Hodgdon web page, lots of good stuff.
