I finally got some time to chrono some of the H1000 loads. The 71.0 grain load was the only one that showed any real promise initially so I chronoed that Saturday....3,179 and 3,185 fps. Tooooooooooo slow 
Too answer the other question, the rifle is a Mark V Deluxe with a 26" barrel.
I pushed one of the RL25 loads that I had seated to 3.250" COL over the chrono and it had a velocity of 3,578 fps :twisted:
