260 rem. 100g NPT vs 100g A-MAx

Ok guys here is a 100g npt and a 100g A-Max they were both sitting on nosler brass and 44g of IMR 4350. The npt while shooting fair to poorly, vs the A-max which will shoot the lights out. So what do you think more or less powder seat it deeper or shallower I am a little baffled npt's usually shoot well no matter what.

I'd seat them deeper a little at a time to see what happens.

What sorta speed on them?

How far from the lands are you seating them?

Well I am .039 off the lands, and I am getting 3010 ave. The Nosler volume 6 says for IMR 4350 43.5 to 47.5 max with 43.5 being best but it was really no better? I was hoping to get the partitions shooting for my daughters deer and elk season. Powders on hand H4895, RL15, RL19, Rl22, H4831sc, and IMR4350. It's a Remington 700 SPS 1-8 twist.
