Well here's my $0.02-
The 4350 and 414 will be very accurate loads though your mv even with a 24" barrel with likely be around 2900 fps while 2850 was the best I could get with either in a 22" tube. The RL19 will be the one to get you 3000 with any of those bullets. And it will shoot good doing it. My experience with the 270 is not as wide as with the 25-06, 30-06, 308, and various 300 Magnums but in my experience they are not difficult to get to shoot sub-MOA at 100 yards with handloads. Funny thing too, I have owned two 270 WCF caliber rifles and one 270 WSM.
The Nosler #5 says 55 grains of RL19 will get the 3000 you seek. Good luck and let us know how the shooting goes.
