I have been using IMR4350 in my 270win for over 40years .
Load info for 130gr. ABs is 54.5grs. of IMR4350 right around 3000fps. & .5 MOA if I am on that day . It close to max so remember start lower & work up.

Blessings,
Dan

So, have I Dan. Loading 55.0 grs IMR 4350 w/ 130 Partition at 2940 fps now, was over 3000 fps years ago. Throat is starting to erode. Using this load since 1966, that is what my RCBS dies are stamped.

Thank you.
I do not think magpro is easy to find here in Norway. Some aliant Reloader and Imr powder is possible to find. I think i Get god help getting high velocetis with27" barrel.

for what it's worth, I get 3,180 AVG FPS w/ 63 grs. RL22 and the 130 AB. 3 shot-.773". in my SAKO. would be a dangerous load in most rifles.I use a drop tube and tap on the bench as I charge the WW case. just showing this for purpose of comparison.

That's a GREAT load LH, I ran it through QL to see what sorta PSI's it looked like and it's pretty decent really. Accounting for a little larger case, your right in the 62K mark and really a screamer of a load.

Norma mrp seems to be right around rl22 if that is easier to find there. And from some of the ql projections appears to be quite the powder.have no experience with it but have been considering working up a load with it.

yes it's smoking"...lol I want to point out that my sako allows the bullet to be seated waaay out in the magazine. thereby increasing case capacity a skoosh and enabling me to hit that sweet spot w/ the bullet in regards to the rifling.
