The number 5 Nosler Manual does not list RL 22 for use with the 140 grain bullets.
However, the number 5 edition of the Sierra manual does. For the 270 WSM using 140 grain bullets Sierra lists a starting load of RL 22 of 61.1 grains for 2900 fps. The maximum load listed for RL 22 is 64.9 grains for 3100 fps.
Working up to 65 grains of RL 22 behind the 140 AccuBond using Winchester brass and a Fed215M primer, I am getting good groups and 3120 fps. Pretty close to the data that Sierra shows.
