30-06 Load data needed

Dad always, shot every thing behind the shoulder, never worried about breaking them down. I nearly died of the stress while he made me wait for a massive Steens Mountain buck to take a step. I aged from 12 to 50 in those few minutes. At the shot the buck launched down the mountain, and died. While I missed the bear hunts I did get in on some moose. I've never figured out how they can always find a bog or river to die in. God I love/hate moose hunting. I don't know how you guys who live among them do it every year.
 
Ah, yes, to steal a line from Pat McManus, Moose hunting is a fine and pleasant misery. :grin:
