I'm at my farm in SW Tennessee for rifle season, our whitetail heard is real thin this year...because of these varmints!

I'm supposed to be putting deer in the freezer by the way.

I will say though, a 185 gr Hybrid target at 3290 fps muzzle velocity is pretty efficient at dispatching critters. ( I'm not posting the exit carnage, its pretty graphic. )

So, this is a different 30 Nosler but it still fits this thread. It's a 9 twist shooting 200gr Hybrids at 3120. Still many yotes to go. Remember, I'm not calling these mongrels I'm just sitting on the deer stand. When deer season is over were going to go at night calling but these TN yotes get wise to calls very fast. And night vision is not legal in TN.

I'm thinking you aren't going to make a hat out of that one? That's a next level disembowelment.
This turkey egg eater was dispatched the same morning...no hats were made.

Those 200gr Hybrid targets are serious business. 20241226_081449.jpg
I finally pulled the trigger on a doe at 250yds, first time I ever had to take a Texas heart shot. Ragdoll tossed her, lights out. No meat loss.20241226_115040.jpg
