300 Grain .375 Partitions

Has the 300 grain .375 Partition been redesigned or changed recently? Ever?

Recently? I do not think so.

In the past yes, a while back. If I am not mistaken it had a huge "pressure groove" where today's cannalure is. Also at that era there was a 270 gr 375 cal Partition.

I know the older Noslers had what I call "Machined" jackets.
I was hoping to get one of the Nosler folks to comment.

The 375 Nosler is a potent bullet. In my opine it is good up through Cape Buffalo. Perhaps just due to the caliber is a "tougher" bullet?

The big cals are indeed more stout than the lighter Partitions. Here is a 416 400 gr from a 416 Taylor at 2400 fps in a bullet box.

Back in 1990, Nosler came out with the .358 cal 225 gr PT. Nosler made some changes to the ogive.
The .375 cal 300 gr PT was reintroduced in the mid 90's? so I am sure there would be some differences from the older machined style.
