Ok I am a little green to centerfire loading and am loading some mild loads per the nosler book 165 gr ballistic tip with 86gr 7828 the book calls for fed 215 primer I dont have any I do have som rem 9 1/2ms.

What difference should I expect?
These loads are mainly for break in purpose I doubt I willl even have the scop mounted or new stock on yet.

where can I find a breakdown chart for primers?

Any magnum primer is fine. Fed, Win, Rem, CCI they are all practically the same, they all make the gun go BOOM!!

If you load everything else the same, and just change the primer alone, you will see differences in pressure, velocity, and accuracy. Most the times it isn't much, but some rifles/loads just shoot 1 brand of primer consistently better then the others. As for velocity, you should be within 50-75fps at most from other brands of primers with the same powder charge. Which leaves pressure and it wont be much difference to really worry about. Just start about 1g lower when you switch primer if your really worried about it. A primer swap isn't gonna make the difference of your gun blowing up...

It is generally accepted that Remington primers are cooler than Federal primers. As with any change in components, drop back from maximum load in your rifle and work up. Since you are looking for a break-in load, you are not focused on maximum velocity, so use a starting load and you should be fine.

thanks guys I figured I was more than ok for the starting loads just curious for future as I work my way up the ladder

Varying primers is certainly fine for a starting load.
Sometime with new bullet/powder combinations, I'll load several different primers, and work up with which ever one give the best initial results. Some combinations can be fussy with what primers they like.
