If someone could run a quick load projection for 300 rum 103.5 gr water. 26" barrel with 180 and 200 ABs. Trying to find a new powder to load that's available

These are projections for SAAMI standards.
Is the 103.5 grains of water an overfill measurement or a useable case capacity measurement? The measurement is considerable less than what would normally be anticipated in a 300RUM (112.5 grains of water).

It would give more internal capacity, allowing for a slightly larger charge weight. However, pressure would drop accordingly, meaning that you any gain in velocity would be insignificant.
