300 rum rl25 and rem 9 1/2m primers ?

That is a good question as to why they are faster then Fed 215's? That has never been my observation?

I just had the same thing Charlie. Same load of RL22 and 250 PT's in my 338. 5 shots of CCI250's and five of the 215M's and the CCI250's were faster, almost on the order of 50FPS. I thought the opposite would have been the case as well.

Maybe Remington has made a change in their 9.5 Primer and no one has knowledge of it???

Back to my earlier post, added velocity is welcomed but will the 9.5 primer perform with a long powder column like in my RUM in colder temperatures?

Throw em in the freezer and see what they do over the chrono. Kinda cheating, but it might be worth it, just to see if there are any variances worth noting.

Mine neither!

I am gonna load twin loads with. My remington fed 215 and compare them to loads with remington 9.5m one more time. Jst everything I have researched says Remington primers are the coldest. But loading them has proven other wise. May even use a friends 300 rum to shoot them through as a different variable.
