Snuck out to shoot for a little bit for the first time in a long time. Shot a group at 100 to get the cob webs out, it's been months since I've shot last. Not my best but .506" at 100 for 5 shots; I'll take that all day with a win mag and 215gr bullet at 2,991 fps. So I stretched her out to 688. Plugged in the atmospherics from the kestrel into the applied ballistics app, made my best wind call, dialed the scope and shot a group. Very pleased with the the results. The dope was dead nuts, wind was off a touch (user error) and group woulda been about half MOA had I not had the one shot off to the right. Black target is 3" shoot 'n see target. Overall, great day. Just wish I would have drawn a tag so I could take her hunting!
