Here is picture of my Lapua AR-30

I can shoot it with one hand.......the weight and Brake take 90% of the recoil out

Just need more Reloader 33 and Reloader 26............feed the beast!

My God Son shot the 338 Laupa for a number of years. I believe he shot 300gr. Bergers over top of H-1000.
I posted a photo here a few years ago where he shot a good 3 or 4 year old bull Moose at approximately 300 yards and it was looking directly at him. The Moose did not move and all 4 legs went out sideways he fell directly onto his belly.

I've been using the 300 gr Accubonds in my 338 RUM and I took a cow elk with a texas heart shot at 360 yds. She did go about 150 yds before piling up. Love those Accubonds

In my opinion the AccuBond is on the top of the heap for hunting bullets mind you I could change my thinking once I get a little more familiar with the AccuBond Longrange!!

I mostly use a 338 Win with 225 AB for most of my Alaskan hunting.

I have had the Lapua for several years in Rem 700 now a AR30

it's taken me time to the extras like Leupold MK4 8.5x25 scope and Leica 1600B rangefinder and Horus Kestrel 4500NV.

Now I just need to get more powder and bullets ........RL26 and RL33 and those great 250 and 300gr AB
