After much research and deliberation I've found a nice easy shooting practice round for the 357's.
Starline 357 mag brass
Small pistol magnum primer (standard primer would be fine too)
4.5 grains of Titegroup powder
125 grain semi jacketed hollow point bullet
I had 357 brass and mag primers already... That's why this wasn't done with 38 brass.
That load is soft shooting, not really loud, and sufficiently accurate for shooting steel in the back yard....chrono'd 855 fps from a 4 inch SP101.
