I'd go 6.5 Swede myself or the 6.5-06. It was be simple to run a 25 Whelen case over an expander ball and viola a round ready to load. Nothing wrong with the 25 Whelen either!

I agree with that... Getting close to load with a 100 ET. I do enjoy shooting the 25 Whelen. Cool cartridge. Fun to shoot as well.
