Placed an order yesterday for the new 130gr. 6.5 AccuBond for my .260 Remington. Anyone got them yet and had a chance to send some down range?

If I can get these up and running, I may try them on deer in a few weeks. I will report back on range results...

Wondering what load data to use??????????

I would just cross reference, and split the difference between 120g and 140g loads. That should get you in the neighborhood. If anything, start a grain or 2 lower then your thinking for a little peace of mind.

Thanks Bud, I figured I would use the Hornady data for the 129 SP. Can't wait to try them out.

Absolutely! just remember one thing. You will max out quicker with the AB's ...which is not to say that you can push the hornies any faster than the AB's.

I also can't wait to try them out. I won't be able to get a hold of them until the spring of 2007. My 264 Win mag needs them bad. I'm getting 3400 fps with the 125gr NP and close to 3200fps with the 140 gr NP. So I hope I can get 3300fps with 130grs AB. Pop which powders did you use for your 264 win Mag. I've used IMR 7828, H4831 and H870. H870 was a real loser (Slow) 2800fps 140gr NP behind 73-74 grs of powder. Barrell length 26 inches.
