Wanting to try these in my 6.5-284 Norma.

Do I use the same load data as the 130 gr AB?

Good place to start but you can probably go even a bit heavier. Check out the 260 Rem and you will see the 129 gr ABLR charge weights are higher.

I loaded them in my 260 and they seemed to be able to be driven a little harder than a traditional AccuBond. Fairly small bearing surface when compared.

Give them a bit of jump. Couldn't get them to shoot very well until I was back around .1" off the lands.

Also be gentle when seating them...I was leaving rings in the nose of the bullet and had to adjust neck tension to alleviate damaging the bullet when seating. They are very soft up front to allow them to expand at lower velocities. A compressed load also seemed to add enough force to dimple the nose.

That's exactly what I found only difference I was .110" off the lands. The ABLR is a good bullet but for my needs the Ballistic Tip and AccuBond are better. For someone who actually shoots at long range it is a good choice.
