6.5 X 65?

Have been looking at this cartridge and am fascinated. May be a build as I think it's unique and sounds fun to mess with. :grin:
Anybody (maybe the good Dr?) have any experience with it?
I see that RWS has brass for it.
Is this really just a euro 6.5/06?
Comments?
