6.5mm./156 NP???

Could or would Nosler produce a Partition to surpass the "Norma Oryx" 156 gr. - 6.5mm? I really enjoy hunting with my Remington 700 chamber in the .264 Win Mag. I reload for all my hunting and shooting needs and rely on the Nosler Partitions exclusively for all big game hunting. I have harvested many deer and elk with one shot. A second shot was never needed and have never recovered the NP round. All were pass throughs, but it would be nice to have 156 grains when tagging a moose or bear.

yeah that 264 is sweet. I wish that people would load them to their true potential in the load manuals with H1000 or that new US 869. They are both good powders for that kind of an over-bore cartridge. Maybe Nosler will have more and better data in their next manual.

I do not think that we will see 156gr 6.5 bullet anytime soon. However we will have new data in the #6 reloading guide which will be available in January.
