Thinking of picking up a Zastava M70 in 6.5 and was wondering what a good powder would be to try with 130-140gr bullets. Mostly WT deer and thinking BT's or AB.

Yup. Reloader 26 and the 6.5x55 a very “sweet Swede” indeed.SJB358":38ufvc0l said:I use RL26 and the 140 Accubonds in my 6.5 Swede. 22" Featherweight and speed is a tick under 2900 most days. Accurate as heck and really is a potent combo. Love shoot that rifle and the Swede is just such a danged sweetheart.

Ok, pics to prove it
No, the 94/96 is said to use weaker steel, so be careful with the pressure.ShadeTree":1qtd22iz said:boomer68":1qtd22iz said:

Good deal! M98's are more my thing but I'm always trying to learn things Mauser related and picked up a M93 myself. Would that gun fall into the M94, M96, category?

The 98 is more forgiving there.
