All, Just curious if any one else is running this bullet in a 18" barrel with a Wylde chamber. Have currently ran a short load work up using RE-15 and W748 with LC brass and CCI 450 primers. Was curious what velocities folks are seeing an 18" barrel. Thanks!

With a 16" barrel AR, using 25 gr AA 2460, I get 2860 fps with the 64 gr BSB and good accuracy.

Thanks for the info. So far I'm sitting at 2910 with 26.0 of 748 and 2885 with 25.5 of RE-15. Not really seeing any pressure signs but based on your numbers it looks like I don't need to push for a significant gain in velocity with my current powders. Time to start trying to fine tune for accuracy to develop a deer, pig coyote all purpose load.

It's been a pretty easy thing to get the BSB to shoot well. Mine is a 20" 1:7.7 Wylde and 25.5 of TAC gave the best mix of speed and accuracy.. I think this is a 6 shot group.
