7 RM/162 sst

I have been playing with these out of my STW for a while at the range. They make great target bullets, but man when I recover them out of the dirt, they are just pieces. The 160 ABs look like they should, every time. I was going to try a 162 A-Max on an elk this winter, but now I don't think so. They are just to unpredictable.

It's only a click or two on the dial. Wind is a little different, but why chance it... Just me thinking out loud, I have no bones about others using them. Just not for me.

Good pics of the 162 grain SST. I have 200 of them to load in my 7Mag and I'm glad to see how they open up. I plan on using them on Deer here in Alabama and am thinking about buying some more later. Thanks for the pics. Have a good day.
