Ron , I don't have T-TSX info . this was instructions that came packed with TSX bullets before the info was in their new book . I think TSX and TTSX would use the same info . maybe someone here could verify .

I ran this info through quickload for the140 T-TSX bullet . according to quickload don't add any powder as that instruction sheet allowed . the upper chart for XFB and XBT should be good conservative data for the T-TSX . there are a couple powders that show as being HOT LOADS for the book bullets and the T-TSX bullets . I don't see how they came up with this data to publish . this is the reason we start at min and work up , watching for pressure .
these hot powders are ;
AA2700 back it off 1.0 gr min and max
RL19 back it off 1.0 gr min and max - this load is compressed 111% case fill
H380 back it off 3.0 gr min and max
H414 back it off 2.0 gr min and max
H4350 back it off 2.0 gr min and max

I always get a new reloader to buy the books for the bullets they are going to be using , but this is still not fool proof , mistakes can be printed . a lot of bullets today are unique , needing it's own data . as you can see I think the above loads are to hot . all the other powders are max loads about 5000 psi below max pressure . so I adjusted these loads to about the same . this is bad for a new guy that isn't experienced in watching pressure signs . at one time Berger was Emailing load data , maybe these other guys will too .

I did come up with this

I would suggest using the 139 gr Hornady SP data for your 140 gr Sierra.

I currently use Big Game with 150gr NBT's in my 7-08. My 7-08 loves just about anything I feed it. Here's a few loads Ive shot.

great , this is about what I was seeing looking at quickload . about 1 gr difference between the TSX and the T-TSX . I was hoping one of these guys had a newer Barnes book that could show you the info from the book . what you found is good usable info .

Big Game. Use a magnum primer. Work up to Nosler’s max, 47.5 grains. Expect 2890 fps from a 22” barrel.

I’ve used this combo on deer, elk, and antelope.
