7wsm/speer 160gr deepcurl

I had such good luck with the .277 deepcurls I decided to try them in my new Winchester EW 7wsm....The more I shoot theses deepcurls, the better they seem to get.

Here are the particulars:

Muzzle Velocity: 3120
Distance: 40yds
Penetration: recovered in 5th jug
Weight: 104.6gr for 65% retention
Diameter: .793"





How is the accuracy? Glad you asked...LOL





Here are the last 2 groups I shot a 100yds.....Needless to say, I am a very happy man!

Looks like Speer hit a home run with their DC's. I have wanted to try more of them, but man, you are making me love my 7WSM even more. That is some screaming good speeds you are getting right there and the accuracy is AWESOME!!! Great test and targets!

Yeah, it looks to be about the same load I'm running with RL22 and the accuracy is excellent. Just can't see anything to complain about with Speer's Deep Curl line of bullets. Hope to see more offerings in the future.
