8 NASTY DEER YOU WOULDN’T EAT

Actually all very sad to see. My buddy shot a deer with tumors once. It was no where near as bad as those pictured in the link. We took the deer to the state wildlife biologist's office to determine if it was safe for humane consumption. The biologist advised us that tumors are quite common in whitetail deer and that the deer was safe to eat. He did, however, caution that the tumors should not be eaten !! Like he actually had to say that ??? LOL

What?!?!?
The tumors are probably just a little chewy, anyways! Mmm! Smack! (picking between front teeth with tongue) (Sucking air in between teeth), but taste just fine with a little BBQ sauce and Worcestershire sauce![emoji15][emoji15][emoji12]

Ol Mother nature is a mean ol Beeatch, ain't she! The tree huggers should all see these pics, maybe then they understand that these poor creatures sometimes just need to be put down humanely ( via hunters) I was eleven yrs old before there were enough deer to even hunt in my part of Texas, all due to the Screw worm epidemic!

The tree huggers don't realize that if deer, or any big game animal populations explode, it means certain starvation for the most part on the animals. Along with the physical maladies, and starvation, I say no thanks to letting them suffer.

Killing such tortured animals would be a mercy; but I wouldn't want to waste my tag on such a miserable creature.

Shoot, shovel, & shut up works well with these poor creatures...at least that's what I was "told".
To me, a tag is for a healthy deer utilized for food...not to put on the State's "culls".! :)

I whole heartedly agree! I wouldn't waste a tag on a poor creature that has such maladies. It's unfortunate that they have to suffer such things.
