The misses must have spring fever. A grilled/smoked pineapple that half was juiced and added with some 1800 tequila. Very summery refresher…she has to keep that tray hidden from me, it’s a nice hunk of walnut perfect thickness for calls.

Now, I haven't tried grilled pineapple. Reckon that'll be on the menu shortly. So, does your lady hide her nice trays, or do you show sufficient restraint?

It doesn't show, but she lightly scores the halves to let the smoke/heat penetrate a little deeper. Also sit on foil or a grilling mat with a few holes, this caramelizes the juices on the exposed face...I show restraint. If I cut one up, I'd probably be served the saw dust for several meals....
