ADVICE on 150 grain E-TIP in 308 WIN

DO I even "need" to use the 150 grain e-tip in 308 win? I odnt reload so it would have to be superior ammuniton made or nosler custom...are you listening nosler???

How long is the 150 grain e-tip in 308? will it effect case capacity in a 308 win?
