It's been in the 70*s here and unseasonably warm. Last week it was in the teens, much more like it should be.
Almost bought one today!

Fotis you have much better self-control than I do. There is just something about these old single-shot rifle like this. They just make you want to hock the family farm and bring them home with you!
Where you already have two .45-70 rifles I don't blame you for keeping your hands in your pockets but still a darn nice gun for an amazingly good price.
It is nice that Winchester is bringing back the guns that made them what they are today!!!
That being said I don't know which I want more between a .348 in a Model 71 or a .405 in a Model 1895.
