If memory serves me correctly, I believe MSRP was in the ballpark of $2000.

I cross referenced the model number with the nosler catalogue, and it showed msrp was $3700

I got an email from Nosler on July 10, in stock Patriot 300 and 325 WSM for $1695 and a Heritage 300 WSM for $1895. I realize it isn't their Custom 48 but that Patriot sure looks inviting....

Stout but manageable. If you can handle an '06 or a 12 ga it isn't too bad. Good stock design helps but it will make you focus on fundamentals.

I had put Cheaper Than Dirt on my 'never get any of my money' list and I am sticking with that. Just thought that was a heck of a buy
