I painted the wood stock on my 40X - 222 Remington Magnum with a fugly looking gray color and I didn't like it at all! So I decided to repaint the stock. This time I added a little touch to it. What do you think Guys?

Very nice! She looks all coiled up and hissing.

It certainly transformed the rifle. I'm certain anyone would be proud to carry it afield.

Excellent!!, I only wish I could shoot it.

This is one nasty snake. Munch on squirrels and jackrabbit with regularity.

Here's two 5 shot group @110 yards with 40 grain V-Max

Looks good, shoots good, and obviously bites good. Hate to be bit by that snake.

DF,

The way it shoots makes it prettier still, no matter what the stock looks like.

Very, very nice! Is that a 6-24 4200 Elite? If so, I have the same scope on my 22-250 Encore except with a matte finish. Excellent piece of glass!

It's Elite 4000, the earlier version before the Bausch and Lomb name was dropped. The scope is one of best there is. The glass is unbelievable. I only wished they made them in fine Duplex.

Simply breathtaking. She is gorgeous!

Thanks POP!

Actually when you hold the rifle, because of the paint textured and paint patern, it feels like you're really holding a snake. It's a weird sensation. :(

Those B&L 4000 scopes are great. I had one on a CZ 550 Varmint 308 and just mounted it on a new toy.
