For those driving I 84 through the Columbia River Gorge I've been seeing bighorns between mile 127 and 120 with great regularity. There are some very good Rams in that group as well.
Lacking Guys photo composition skills I don't even try for photos but they're fun to watch.

I have lived in WA my whole 65 years and never seen wild sheep.
Now that I know they are here...driving through Vantage, that is where I would look for them.
I have seen them in Glacier National Park WY, H200 in Bonner MT, and found a dead on in the Charles Russell Wildlife Refuge in MT.

Because they'll be headed back up into the hills, harder to find, within weeks.
Fall and spring they're easy to find. Otherwise not so much. I do have an easy place to find them near Yakima too - in the winter. A WDFW feeding station.
