this is a new rocket rifle which i will get later this fall, its a custom rifle wit a thick and good Douglas barrel and a laminate stock.

Question what Nosler bullet will be the best for it. I saw that Norma has loads for the 225 grain bullets and they deliver Ballistic tip load for it aswell. that is a 200 grain. That will be used on defenseless water bottles and watermelons, just have to try them on that.

The 300 grain Woodleigh how will they be for moose up close?

250 gr PT would be the best choice for hunting. The 225 gr AB would work well for longer ranges.

ok, ill give that a try, got the manual to day and it was good to see the loads for the original there, ill use the data the ownwer has made for the bullets hes used and ill use noslers for the .338-378 for those that stands there, but if the parttion will go so go good with the load with 250 match bullet, it will travel at 3200 fps a,d that will be so flat that it shoot upwards..
