Bullet spin rate too high?

I will be loading 50 grain V-Max moly coated bullets in my 223 WSSM which has a 1 in 10" twist in a 22" barrel. Speed will be 4000 FPS using 44 grains of Varget. This calculates out to 4800 revs per SECOND or 288000 RPM. Will I be 'over stabilizing' the bullet? Is there an optimum spin rate? Or does that vary from bullet to bullet?

The rate of twist needed to stabilize a bullet is related to the bullets lenght and not it`s wgt. The Balistic tips, SST, V/Max and other plastic tipped bullets are long for their weight when compared to a std soft point or hollow point. The needed twist will vary from bullet to bullet and I would rather over spin then not have enough spin. I don`t believe you will notice accuracy degrading from a faster twist, but I know a too slow twist will play havoc with your groups.
