Burris optics repair.....any experience or resources?

Hey all- looking for experiece or resources re: repair of a Burris for a friend. The friend shoots competitively and would like to use a Burris fixed power scope on his competition rifle in an effort to keep him under a weight limit for his class VS a variable power unit. Unfortunately, the Burris he currently has wont hold zero and is in need of repair. Any experiences or resources would be appreciated. Thanks CL

I would call them and tell them what is going on, and then ask exactly how they want him to send it to them.

This was my experience with Burris in 2008. Hopefully things have gotten better.

Burris Warrenty

Anyone have any experience with Burris, their warranty and Customer Service? I have a Burris 2x7 handgun scope (bought used with a T/C Contender barrel) that has loose turrets. I sent it back to the factory on 7/21 and called 7/31 to make sure they got it. (Before I sent it in, I called Burris...
