Does anyone know the method of calculating cup pressure? I generally use this number for determining generated recoil, and as most of my loads fall in-between the lines the cup pressure usually isn't listed.

CUP is a figure found by measuring the amount of chush on a copper pellet by the pressure of the cartridge when fired. I haven`t seen any formula for figuring this computer models for PSI yes but CUP no.

But as for recoil try this one. Pressure isn`t one of the values needed. Recoil is simply the reaction in one direction of an action in the opposite direction.
