I ordered 5,000 of them. I've had some CCI Large Rifle Primers on back order since Aug. from Cabela's and they still don't know when I will get them.

I have Win primers on order through Cabalas since April, and still no word when we'll see them. Their back order estimator is total bs.

I thought I would let everyone know about them. I didn't want that many ,but you take what you can get know.

Do you think these primers would be alright to use in a 7mm mag & 300 win mag. ?
I know you want a hot primer in cold weather for the magnums, but where I hunt the it's never below the single digits, and most of the time it's in 20's to 30's

With that long of a powder column, the BR2 primers could likely fail to give proper ignition. You can use LR primers in the WSMs and SAUMs because the powder column is shorter.

I agree. The CCI is the coldest primer out there.

Thanks for letting me know. I will have plenty for my 22-250

I use IMR 4350 in my 7mm mag and RL 22 in the 300 mag.

Maybe I can trade some of these when I get low on LR Mag. primers.
